You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SparkCleanApp. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your business details, pricing, and quote content up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Some features of SparkCleanApp require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.

If offered, free trials allow you to evaluate SparkCleanApp before committing to a paid plan. Trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends, if a payment method was provided.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to SparkCleanApp (business details, logos, pricing, client information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user’s account without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages to third parties

If you use SparkCleanApp to manage your customers’ information (names, contact details, quote history), you are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in how you collect and use that information.

We aim to keep SparkCleanApp available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.

To the extent permitted by law, SparkCleanApp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
